Guest for this episode is Vijayraghavan Venugopal (Vira). He has been in the running circuit for the last 8 years and is a sub 3 hours marathon runner. He has qualified for the Boston Marathon in 2017 and participated in world marathon majors at NewYork City, Chicago and Berlin. Vijay is the CEO of Fast&Up India. We spoke to him about his running journey, his training approach, nutrition, and race day strategy for a marathon.
